We want to constantly learn new things and become the best consultants on the market. We learn from both our successes and our mistakes, continually growing and improving.
We have weekly meeting to discuss the projects and regular digital occasions where we share the latest news and knowledge.

What do you like to do?
Any of us can take the initiative and run activities. Everything from ski trips, board game evenings and wine tastings to hackathons and restaurant visits.

Like many companies, we offer wellness benefits. However, with us, you have the flexibility to choose where you want to exercise and spend your healthcare allowance, provided it complies with current Tax Agency.
Some of us use this benefit for gym and golf memberships, as well as massages.

We organize regular conferences and local events, such as after-work gatherings, summer parties, and conferences both within and outside of Sweden. We enjoy spending time together and value the relationships we share and the positive energy we bring to our workplace.
The daily 3:00 PM coffee break at the office is a cherished tradition, and digital coffee breaks are frequently hosted for colleagues working remotely.

Why did you want to work at QESTIT Systems?
